Saskatchewan is home to one of the largest T.rex dinosaurs ever found in the world. A modern research centre located in Eastend is home to “Scotty” and we very much enjoyed our time there working on their comprehensive strategic business plan.
STEP, a very important and successful entity in our home province, has had Fraser Strategy speak to their staff and partners. A motivational presentation was delivered in an enlightening manner.
Waskesiu and the Prince Albert Park have some of the most developed tourism products in the province including a wide range of outdoor activities and first-rate wildlife viewing. Our team has worked closely with this Destination Marketing Organization on creating a strategy that will set them apart from other national parks. Watch for more from this most beautiful area of Saskatchewan!
The Saskatchewan South East Tourism Association engaged our company to facilitate their Board Retreat and strategic planning process. Discussions ranging from the vision of the organization to partnership opportunities helped board members plan for the future.
Lean Options is a new, dynamic company owned by experienced Lean Principle experts. Fraser Strategy gave counsel on starting their new company and the Lean Options brand and looks forward to having a strategic alliance with their management team.
The Regina Urban Aboriginal Strategy has engaged our team to manage a couple of projects that are very important to them. They are conducting a special event to showcase their programs to valued stakeholders and our special event management expert is helping them out tremendously. The second project is the management and direction of a promotional video. Here Fraser Strategy has many contacts in the film industry and the final result will be a professional promotional video that can be used for many years.
DirectWest recognized the research investment that Fraser Strategy has committed to become Saskatchewan’s leading online strategy company. We worked with this well-known Saskatchewan institution to create a social media strategy which will position DirectWest to continue as a leading advertiser and search engine provider online and in mobile applications.
Fraser Strategy worked directly with this experienced financial expert in determining the branding and marketing of his new company. Stephen Alport does financial planning differently and we like working with professionals like this who won’t accept “the norm!”

Organizations such as the Saskatchewan Taekwon-Do Federation International are thrilled with the Fraser Strategy process that helps them better position themselves for increased business. STFI utilized our services to help them create a strategic marketing plan as well as a new and improved website with social media capabilities.

In this capacity the Fraser Strategy team was responsible for the marketing, communications, programming, creative, production, partnership development and special event management of one of the most successful pavilions in Vancouver and Whistler.
Fraser Strategy was engaged by Evraz Place as the Project Manager of Business during the construction of the $55M 6-pad multi-purpose arena project. In this role, preparations were made to provide programming, scheduling and a business model for this exciting new complex in Regina. The Co-operator’s Centre opened in January of 2010 and Fraser Strategy is proud to have been part of this great venue.
Evraz Place hired Fraser Strategy to conduct research and provide recommendations on re-energizing the Summer Fair and Exhibition. The resulting Queen City Ex (QCX) has been a resounding success. The 2010 edition of the Queen City Ex enjoyed increased numbers and rave reviews which is testimony to the vision set forth with help from Fraser Strategy.
